This rather pathetic young man was found in the road, after he'd been hit by a car and suffered a broken jaw. He's had surgery, and currently has a wire holding his jaw in place to help it heal properly (these pictures were taken when he was brought home after surgery).

The wire will be removed sometime just before Christmas. He is very sweet, and won the hearts of the people who found him, as well as the entire vet's staff. And his surgery has not stopped him from eating, so he is putting on weight and filling out a little bit.

He is looking for a really good, indoor-only home (obviously, he's had as much adventure as one cat needs). He does well with everyone in the house, including the children. Even if you cannot give him the right home, please consider making a donation to help with his medical costs, as the adoption fee will not be able to cover everything.
